Numbers Executive is currently sourcing an experienced Finance Manager to join a highly successful investment management team.
A highly autonomous and varied position, the Finance Manager is a key support to the Investments team; responsible for managing the tax structuring and reporting requirements for the existing asset portfolio in addition to undertaking the required analysis, due diligence and tax structuring for new investment opportunities. Interfacing with a range of stakeholders and advisors, the Finance Manager will ensure optimal tax structures for existing and new assets, project managing key issues through to resolution. Periodic outputs will include monthly financial reports, portfolio performance reports, cashflow forecasting, expense forecasting, board reporting and company secretarial requirements. The Finance Manager will also participate in the broader strategy for the investment portfolio.
A senior finance professional, the successful incumbent will hold a professional accounting qualification and demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting and tax treatment of debt/equity investments. Additionally, we are looking for an individual with an astute commercial acumen and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to actively participate in a fast paced, project driven environment will be critical to your success in this position.
