Finance Manager
We are recruiting a Finance Manager on a contract basis to cover a 12 month maternity period. This role is working for a global organisation and will be responsible for managing the Credit Control, Banking and Accounts Payable teams.
The Finance Manager will have day to day man management responsibility for over 20 staff and will be responsible for the Financial transactions of the organisation totalling £1bn per year. Candidates applying for the Finance Manager position must have the following skills and experience:
+ Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc.) with at least 3 years post qualified experience
+ Good knowledge of VAT
+ Excellent communications skills
+ Ability to convey technical financial issues to both financial and non-financial managers
+ Knowledge of (company car) fleet administration
+ Knowledge of employee benefits and flexible benefits packages
+ Basic Understanding of normal insurance types and processes
