FINANCE MANAGER Job Summary: The Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating forecasting and budgeting. Will develop and communicate financial reporting and forecast / budget results in support of Division Leaders. Work with Bank departments or groups on development of financial aspects for all business cases, forecast and planning related to projects. May provide direction to junior analysts. Major Responsibilities: Produce complex financial analysis and conduct financial control, provide written and verbal presentations to appropriate levels of management. 25% Review day-to-day financial performance, produce and present monthly financial reports regarding trends, variances, profitability, and performance measurement. 25% Develop database programs and financial models to conduct analysis, coordinate with divisions to prepare group forecasts, annual budget, and financial analysis. 20% Ensures the input into the Bank's financial reporting and project tracking systems are timely and accurate. Researches areas with exceptional cost. Ensures data is interpreted appropriately by management. 10% Provide to the Group Head manager and Division Heads status reports on the performance measurement systems and processes that ensure the business group's project decisions achieve the benefits, financial goals and strategies expected. 5% Work with The Program Office, Project Managers, and Business Unit Managers to prepare and present Business Cases and forecast / planning support for Risk projects. 5% Coordinate the resolution of financial questions, issues and reports. 5% Coordinate the development and implementation of risk and compliance related projects and policies. 5%
