Finance Manager (Job Share/ Part Time)
This innovative and modern Not for Profit Housing organisation in Manchester are looking for a Qualified Accountant to join them as a Finance Manager in a job share capacity. The job will report to the Director of Finance and play a key role within the senior leadership team.
Based on the outskirts of Manchester, with excellent transport links, the job will involve leading a small finance team, with overall responsibility for the control of financial transactions and accountancy matters. Your job will be responsible for ensuring the proactive delivery of operational policies and strategies including budgeting and financial reporting, financial regulatory requirements, treasury management and statutory accounts.
Key skills you will bring to the job will include traditional housing association experience, business planning skills, an ability to lead on a range of projects without supervision, experience of leading and managing a team and experience of treasury management.
To fulfil the jobs requirements, we are looking for an experienced qualified accountant to join the organisation on a job share basis. Ideally you will have experience of working in the housing sector, be highly motivated, a self-starter and strong team player. You will have demonstrable financial and staff management experience and strong communication skills.
