Finance Manager – Life Insurance recruitment
Our client is a leading international insurance company with head quarter in US and strong presence in Asia Pac. They are dominant in both Life and General insurance in the market and have been fast growing over the years. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a Finance Manager
The Role
Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 finance staff in preparing expense budget, cost analysis and management reporting.
Financial Reporting
- To provide technical and operational support to Finance Compliance, and to procure sound financial and accounting control of all operations in Hong Kong is in place
- To prepare full set of accounts, investment accounting, treasury cash flow reports, taxation schedule, management and regulator reporting, etc.
Budgeting Forecasting
- Co-ordinate annual budget and half year forecast exercises with over 8 different business functions and different cost/project centres
- Monitoring and analysing the Corporation's expenditure
- Producing monthly, quarterly and year end cost monitoring reports with variance analysis
Your Profile
You should be a Qualified Accountant with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant financial reporting experience in Life Insurance sector. You should possess hands on knowledge on month end closing, financial planning and analysis for life insurance business and are able to work with different internal clients.
