Finance Manager – Life Insurance, Rewarding Career Prospect (40k – 55k) recruitment

The Company

Our client is a leading international insurance company with head quarter in US and strong presence in Asia Pac. They are dominant in both Life and General insurance in the market and have been fast growing over the years. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a Finance Manager in their team.

The Role

Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3 as follow:

- To oversee the finance operation of life insurance business and ensure financial reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with local regulatory and Group requirements
- Support financial accounting services provided to other group companies. Create and maintain a process that facilitates the deliverables to be completed accurately and timely.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly, semi annual and annual reporting to regional office and headquarter
- Provide review and analysis of balance sheet items on a monthly basis with a view to comply to capital requirement
- Monitor and ensure reports are in compliance with the accounting standards, group and local insurance accounting / reporting guidelines.

Your Profile

You should be a Qualified Accountant with at least 4 - 6 years of relevant financial reporting experience in Life / General Insurance sector. You should possess hands on knowledge on month end closing, financial planning and analysis for life / General insurance business and are able to work with different internal clients.
