This global business is one of the world's leading financial services organisations with expanding operations both here and across Asia Pac. Due to this continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a standout candidate to join their high performance finance division.
Sitting within management reporting, this key role will require a commercially astute candidate to manage a high performing team of 4 across one of the key business areas. Key duties will include:
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with other finance and other management functions in order to enable effective exchange of information required to support general accounting services
- Revenue planning and forecasting preparation for the management teams
- Preparation of monthly management dashboards and management reports that provide the business teams with accurate and relevant financial analysis/ KPI information to assist in decision making and product management;
- Ad-hoc analysis to assist in business revenue management, initiatives and process improvement that contribute to delivering the business strategy;
- Actively contribute to the Product team displaying strong team member behaviours that encourage productive working relationships and a strong performance culture;
- Actively contribute to the wider finance team environment of continual improvement that delivers a high customer focused service; and
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the senior management that you have the capability to perform safely.
Ideal candidates will be CA qualified with 3 - 6 years PQE experience gained through one of the 'Big 4'. Candidates with experience in consolidated reporting and with a financial services/banking background are highly desired. Due to high level stakeholder interaction, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to be considered for the role.
