Finance Manager – Mauritius recruitment
Managing a team of 10+ people, the you will provide business analysis and budgeting in a highly complex and dynamic environment; provide key inputs for strategic decision making and ensure commercial growth through pricing approval/profitability analysis.
Accountabilities include:
- Manage intercompany accounts with more than 10 affiliates;
- In depth monthly financial analysis reports;
- Timely and accurate management accounts reporting;
- Sound and accurate cash flow management/ compliance with bank covenants;
- Drive budget and forecasting process;
- Annual IFRS accounting and financial closing;
- Successful audit ratings;
- Ensure sound price approvals;
- Indirect and Direct Tax Compliance;
Profile:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance with no less than 2 years as a Finance Manager in a multimarket environment;
- Strong Excel skills and experience in working with an ERP system;
- Accounting certification is a plus;
- Strong financial/business analysis skills;
- Strong business acumen;
- Ability to dive into details and to have a high level understanding of the business;
- Ability to manage complexity work under pressure;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
