The Company
Our client is a leading Chinese financial services firm with a strong reputation in the market. Due to job rotation, our client is seeking a suitably qualified finance candidate with excellent organization skills to take on a Manager role in their Finance Change Team in Hong Kong.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Finance Change Team, you will be responsible for overall business plans and delivery of one of the group projects, or will be hired as a Subject Matter Expert for one of the functions (FA, PC or Finance Tech) and be responsible for upgrading the process and efficiency by utilizing your extensive experience in financial control, product control or change management/project management in an investment banking industry or a consulting firm covering investment banking clients.
Your Profile
- Strong relevant experience in an investment banking industry or a consulting firms covering investment banking clients.
- Extensive knowledge of financial control, product control, consolidation financial reporting process in a global financial institution
- Good at stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent consultative skills and ability to work independently with all levels in the organization with flexible and creative mind-set.
