A broad hands on role for a progressive qualified accountant with prior knowledge of the property sector.
You will be accountable for leading a team providing a range of accounting advice to a broad stakeholder group. You will be responsible for financial management reporting, associated analysis whilst driving process improvement to ensure a sound financial control environment is duly maintained. Furthermore you will assist in the budgetary process whilst supporting a senior stakeholder group through the provision of management information.
You will be a qualified accountant with prior leadership experience. Candidates trained in chartered who have moved into the property sector will be held in high regard. You will demonstrate strong stakeholder skills and excellent analytical abilities.
