Finance Manager – Real Estate recruitment
One of the largest Real Estate Investment Managers in Europe is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager for the London based office. This Finance Manager role will be responsible for supporting the Business Partner for Real Estate and working closely with different senior managers across the business including the Real Estate CFO and the Group CFO.
Key responsibilities for this Finance Manager (Real Estate) role will include;
- Producing targeted financial reporting and commentary to different levels of the business
- Liaising with business managers, desk heads and cost centre managers to ensure financial plans, forecasts and budgets are accurate and aligned to business strategy.
- Define and monitor financial metric to ensure management can understand how the business is tracking to plan
- Review revenue to ensure it is being correctly accrued and transfer pricing principles are being correctly applied
- Understand and analyse data to understand the key drivers of cost within Real Estate
To successfully apply for this Real Estate Finance Manager role you will ideally have;
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualification
- Experience of working within a Real Estate Investment Manager, or related business
- Experience of working with overseas operations and managing cross border information
