Finance Manager (Real Estate) recruitment
A Real Estate Investment and Development business is currently recruiting a Finance Manager for their London based office. The business currently has numerous industrial, retail and residential developments across central London and has a very strong heritage and proven track record within the sector.
This Finance Manager (Real Estate) role will be responsible for a very wide variety of duties as the finance department is made up of four members of staff and therefore offers excellent exposure to different areas of the accounting function and will report directly to a Chief Financial Officer. You will be accountable for the production of management accounts, including variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted figures, preparation of the associated commentary and discussion with the senior management team. This Finance Manager (Real Estate) role will also be responsible for the production of the statutory accounts at half-year and year end, including liaising with the auditors and answering any queries they may have.
To successfully apply for this Finance Manager role you will need to either be ACA / ACCA or CIMA Qualified or be at the latter stages of qualifying. You will need to have worked within a Real Estate related environment previously, either within a property investor / developer or a real estate funds manager. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work and deal with people at all levels within the organisation.
