Finance Manager recruitment

 Purpose:

• Run the finance department of a global company with sales in 100+ markets;

• Manage a dedicated team of 10+ people;

• Provide business analysis and budgeting in a highly complex and dynamic environment;

• Play an integral part of the business and a provide key inputs for strategic decision making;

• Ensure commercial growth through pricing approval/profitability analysis;

• Ensure accurate IFRS accounting and sound internal controls;

• Ensure  overall tax compliance ( global tax issues, VAT registration in 6 jurisdictions);

• Develop strong business acumen.

Specific Outcomes / Accountability:

• Annual IFRS financial closing;

• Successful audit ratings;

• In depth monthly financial analysis reports;

• Drive budget and forecasting process;

• Timely and accurate management accounts reporting;

• Manage intercompany accounts with more than 10 affiliates;

• Ensure sound price approvals;

• Indirect and Direct Tax Compliance;

• Sound and accurate cash flow management/ compliance with bank covenants;

• Ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance;

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Manager in a multimarket environment;

• Experience in leading people;

• Accounting certification is a plus;

• Strong skills in financial/business analysis;

• Strong business acumen;

• Strong Excel skills;

• Strong experience in an ERP system.
