Finance Manager recruitment

Our client is a producing company and part of an international group with 13,000 employees and a turnover of more than 15 billion SEK.

On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Finance Manager to be placed in the Borås area.

Job Description

In charge of month-end, quarterly and year-end closing as well as analysis, forecasting and budgeting and reporting
Lead and constantly develop the finance function regarding accounting and financial issues
Work closely with the operational functions on the follow up of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and responsible for reporting of those to the central functions
Be the right hand to management from a financial point of view - business partnership
Work actively to improve existing processes and contribute to broaden the financial focus throughout the company especially in the area of internal control
Be a vital part of the management team
Actively manage the finance department

Requirements

University degree in Accounting/Business Administration with a minimum of five years relevant experience from a finance function, preferably within a multinational and producing company
Hands-on accounting skills including IFRS
Have a commercial oriented approach, and the ability to handle and implement changes
Good analytical skills and strong communication skills also outside his/her own functional area
Very good leadership skills and proven ability to motivate and delegate
Have a high level of integrity and the ability to force through tough decisions
High IT literacy, knowledge of IFS is a plus
Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and written
