FINANCE MANAGER recruitment
Our client is a well-established Investment Management Company with diversified services and products. With plans to expand their client base across the Asia Pacific region, they are now seeking for top calibre candidate to join in them.
Ensure complete and timely delivery of all MIS reporting in the region. Ensure delivery and reasonability of data analysis for the monthly performance to plan reports of all Asian Territories. Enhance both breadth and depth of financial reporting for segregated and mutual funds of all Asian Territories. Ensure that MIS and regulatory reports are produced timely and accurately. Provide assistance in project and working closely with project team to ensure the implementation of enhancement is smoothly and efficiently. Provide on-going improvements to the finance operations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency. Responsible of overall project management and coordination of cross-departmental reporting requirements including but not limited to financial status, board meeting material and shareholders’ information. Oversee business units to ensure compliance with current accounting guidance and policies. Ensure delivery of regional and corporate deliverables on a timely basis. Prepare clear and concise explanations of investment returns. Prepare ad hoc financial reports analysis for regional and corporate users. Consolidate and report on the investment results for Asia territory region. Ensure information and analysis received from the business units complies with regional and corporate standards. Develop various kinds of MIS reports and establish the mechanism to generate monthly reports and analysis on regional investment results. Participate in Ac-hoc projects and system implementation on investment accounting area.
To be considered, you will hold a degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting. Professional accounting or investment qualification, or finalist, with at least 5 years experience including investment/financial and management reporting. Understanding of IFRS investment accounting. Knowledge and experience in Asset Management, Investment Fund industry and Investment Operations. Extensive experience in cross-departmental project management, with strong organizational skills and a capacity to multi-task. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Hyperion-Essbase, knowledge of Sun Account a plus. Fluent in English and Chinese.
