Following an internal promotion, an exciting interim position has arisen within a top tier financial services organisation for an experienced Manager to lead the IT Finance team.
Job Description
Providing broad support to a key internal department, with exposure to multiple senior level stakeholders, this role will see you responsible for the following:
- Leading a team of management accountants supporting the IT department
- Providing high level business partnering to senior managers
- Managing the annual budgeting process
- Lead change management and process improvement
- Ad hoc reporting for CIO and other senior execs
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will be CA/CPA qualified and have a demonstrable proven track record in a similar role. Managing a team within IT Finance would be a distinct advantage and people management experience is a must. You will also have a keen sense of commercial acumen, the ability to communicate with non finance staff and be able to manage change and implement new processes.
