Finance Manager recruitment
Responsible for Financial Planning Analysis activities relating to
assigned Corporate Solutions profit centers and support the
responsible Business Unit Head. Lead closing, planning and reporting
processes for assigned units including detailed analysis on both US
GAAP and EVM basis. The role will be part of the Corporate Solutions
Finance team and will liaise with Finance Operations, Claims and Risk
Management.
1) Ensure timely and accurate analysis, submissions for all reporting
requirements relating to assigned profit centers (USGAAP, EVM,
Capital Planning, Segment Reporting)
2) Ensure operational excellence by developing rigorous routines for
quarterly closings as well as plan and projections
3) Support the Corporate Solutions team of Originators and
Underwriters by providing proactive, insightful analysis of KPI drivers
and developing growth initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated
ability to inspire and challenge others.
Capable of building trust with all areas of the business including
Client Markets, Actuarial and Finance colleagues.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver quality output on
short deadlines and manage details without losing sight of the big
picture.
Demonstrate personal accountability for area of responsibility
7+ years of experience in Controlling / FPA, preferably in insurance
industry.
