Finance Manager, Regional Hub
Working closely with the Regional Hub Director and Regional Finance Director and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, measurement and control related to Asia Pacific hub activities. You are required to lead the budget process and develop indicators and forecast to monitor the hub’s performance, and develop inventory and cost analysis for submission of monthly estimates. In terms of financial reporting and internal control responsibilities, you will direct the daily activities of the finance department and manage the monthly financial and management reports as well as internal and external audit request. You will also ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and maintenance of proper internal controls. You will be managing the annual GST/corporate income tax submission and support SAP system implementation for process improvements.
The successful candidate should be degree qualified or CPA equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in a supervisory role in a hub/supply chain/distribution environment. Experience in SAP will be an advantage. You have strong leadership skills and are a highly motivated individual. You possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders. Experience in FMCG distribution industry is preferred.
