Finance Manager, Retail Bank
As Finance Manager you will provide and contribute to operational and strategic decision making through the provision of business performance, financial analysis and advice on a key portfolio within retail banking.
As the primary point of contact for the business you will take ownership of their accounting and work with product management to identify opportunities for deriving customer proposition. Therefore you will be actively involved in assessing opportunities and business assumptions for investment initiatives, product launches and major business decisions.
You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting and effective management of financial and reporting risk whilst supporting the broader Finance team in directing the business to meet its financial commitments and to identify process improvements and initiatives that assist our customers in embedding the Retail Bank Strategy.
You will have completed post-graduate qualifications (e.g. CA/CPA/CIMA), advanced skills in financial modelling and trend analysis and experience in financial performance management. Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills is key to success in the role along with a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Banking experience is preferred but not necessary.
