Finance Manager, Singapore recruitment

Brightoil Petroleum in Singapore is engaged in overseas business developments, including international oil product trade, overseas oil exploration, business development and participation in international oil market operation. Due to our business expansion, we are seeking high calibre and dedicated professionals to join us in a dynamic and challenging environment as Finance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain full set of accounts and perform reconciliation of receivables, payables and bank balances and ensure monthly closing by stipulated deadlines.
- Analysis financial performance, manage budget and forecast including but not limited to preparation of management reports
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to enable the company to function effectively within the legal and corporate framework
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent and government bodies to prepare the necessary finance documents
- Provide effective leadership to Singapore finance team and implement initiatives to enhance functional performance
- Role reports into Chief Financial Officer
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting and associate member of ACCA
- At least 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Energy/Trading industry
- Experience in handling full set of accounts and consolidation;
- Experience in commodity trading, SAP and documentary LC is preferable
- Familiar with Singapore accounting system and tax regulation and international accounting system
- Bilingual in both written/spoken English and Mandarin
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
