Finance Manager – VP, Boutique Bank recruitment
A global bank is looking to hire an experienced finance manager to join thier boutique Singapore operation whilst it goes throw a period of growth.
The bank is a well capitalised, household name and is looking to grow its operation locally. In this role you will lead a small team of five, and will have a diverse and forever changing role which encapsulates financial and management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and other adhoc accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Managae a small team that performs financial and regulatory reporting functions locally in Singapore
- Assist senior management and head office within the Asia Pacific region
- Assist across all business units for budgeting and forecasting
- Provide support for accounting, tax, budget, reporting and compliance
- Be an active business partner to all business units
- Keeping upto date with regulatory changes and demands
- Train and supervise the team
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have worked in a boutqiue bank or smaller bank in a diverse finance function. You will ideally have had people leadership experience and will be passionate about developing people. You will be qualified and have a degree. You will also have local Singapore experience and be familiar with MAS rules and regulations.
