Finance Manager (VP) – Private Equity Fund (Ref# FMVP-PEF/DK230812) recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Finance and managing 2 staff this role will work very closely with the business. You will be a key party in Board meetings and be responsible for identifying and managing any finance related issues. You responsibilities will also include dividend and cash management and ongoing management of FX hedging portfolio as well as FX hedging required for acquisitions. The role requires you to prepare annual, half yearly and quarterly financial reports and liaising with eternal auditors and tax advisors. Your will be actively involved in investor queries relating to financial results or distributions and be involved in capital raising and acquisitions including preparation of finance section of prospectus, due diligence and settlement of acquisitions.
To be eligible for this position you must be a qualified accountant with at least 8- 10 years of financial control experience ideally gained from a leading Private Equity/Fund management business or Investment bank. Candidates with experience gained from Big 4 audit firms with exposure to Private Equity will also be considered. You should also have strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge including exposure to tax, consolidation and financial accounting. Experience in PRC accounting and services will be a distinct advantage. You must be a confident candidate with excellent communication skills with ability to face off senior stake holders internally and externally
