The Company
A multi national financial institution is urgently looking for a Finance Manager to assist the finance team with HKMA returns, key monthly, quarterly and year end tasks initially on a 6 months Contract basis to permanent.
The Role
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible to reviewing the HKMA regulatory return, assisting with preparation of the APRA returns, subsidiary statements and general finance tasks. Preparation of the subsidiary financial statements, Balance sheet reconciliations. Preparation of the external survey from Census and Statistics Department. Assist the Finance manager with month end tasks. Assist with streamline and automate work processes.
Your Profile
To qualify as a Finance Manager, you have an Accounting degree and CPA qualified at least 8 years experience in a banking/finance industry. Proven up to date knowledge for all HKMA returns and regulatory requirements for the past 2 years working experience. Experience in preparation of the APRA returns. Proven technical knowledge is solid and up to date, particularly in managing HKMA returns and financial statements. Good with Excel, pivot tables (experience in Peoplesoft, Essbase and MIDAS is highly preferred.) Good time management skills and ability to prioritise. Have the ability to learn quickly and have excellent attention to detail. You speak fluent English and Cantonese. Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first.
