Finance Mortgage Oversight Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mortgages and Loans specialist in the North West of England working for a prestigious banking organisation.
This is a stand-alone position, allowing the successful incumbents to own and develop their own role. Working with and having constant interaction with senior stakeholders, the candidates will be exposed to many areas within the bank allowing them to build and expand on their knowledge.
The role will involve 3 key areas (Operations/ Vendor Management/Governance):
- Support loan sale transactions including follow up/oversight on cash movements and reconciliations
- Support any investor and rating agency enquiries
- Ensure third party vendors meet the banks Vendor Management Guidelines through effective monitoring and reporting
- Monitor key third party finance function to ensure timely resolutions
- Ensure the meeting of regulatory and bank requirements on audit
Candidates will either come from a financial background with strong operational experience within mortgages and loans and are looking to make that move into a vendor management/ oversight position or have experience within a relationship management position which compiled mortgages and loans. Candidates must have strong compliance knowledge with reference to mortgages and loans.
