Finance Operations Manager, Indonesia – Jakarta recruitment

This role will include all Operational, Administration and Service Management within the methodologies and processes of the company's Shared Services Model.

The role is a senior role to support the MD Indonesia to ensure all SSC (Shared Services Center) Operational requirements are completed to the highest standards.

The role has responsibility for the management of all operational functions (AR, AP, Payroll, Media AP and if appropriate the GL teams) and must demonstrate leadership and people/team management skills to a very high standard.

The Operations Manager will work very closely with the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and will report to the MD Indonesia to ensure all Financial and Operational Administration is delivered to the standards. The role demands a strong understanding of financial competencies that are the corner stone of a shared service centre environment.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a team to provide all operational administration and Services within Resources and for the Brand (s). This will include all AP, AR, Payroll, and Media AP, as required by the company and maybe country specific so further responsibilities may be added.

• Ensuring all Operational Administration Services is implemented as per instructions from CEO APAC and MD Indonesia.

• Implementation of key KPIs across each processing area and ensure that optimal staff management is maintained.

• Delivery to both the MD Indonesia, the CEO APAC regular reporting against agree KPI structure above and actively seek processing and operational improvement to the KPI structure.

• Ensure all financial management processes and functions are maintained at a very high level and are consistent with requirements of the MD and CAO.

• Ensure all Functional Teams have processes that support all financial deadlines for month end functions and ensure this is documented and communicated to CAO, Brands and internal teams.

• Implementing all Sox, PCPs, Procurement, Tax Statutory financial controls including standardisation of Resources processes where appropriate.

• Ensuring compliance with all Sox, PCPs and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit requirements.

• Setting and Communicating clear team direction, creating a motivated and positive working environment within the team

• Providing input to COO APAC on continuous improvement projects that deliver significant process improvements to agency management

• Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to comply with all accounting and statutory Company's Policies relevant to your role all activities undertaken in that role.

• Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all company's SSC (as appropriate) personnel both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.

• Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within company's and across all customer and supplier organisations.

Requirements:

• CA/CPA

• Shared Service Centre Experience is desirable, but not a must

• 7 plus years post qualification commercial experience

• Proven Financial Management Skills

• Proven Operational Process Management Skills

• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax requirements

• Strong ability to implement change management processes

• Ability to Lead/Motivate a team and influence both internal teams and Agencies

• Excellent verbal written communication skills

• Experience in the use of Financial and Media/Advertising Systems

• Senior experience in use of Excel

• Experience in Process Driven Procedures and Frameworks
