Finance Performance Improvement – Senior Managers (Insurance) recruitment

The Financial Services Insurance sector is seeing major change as a result of Solvency II and IFRS 4 Phase 2. There is a demand for consulting in finance processes, systems, organisation programme management.

Role Profile:

Working with CFO's in leading financial organisations, you will help assess and transform the finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. You will provide insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and then work with clients to deliver improvements including the following areas:

- Finance Transformation (operating model design, controls processes, finance systems optimisation/design)

- Shared Services

- Financial Statement Close Process

- Business Performance Management.

Essential Skills Experience:

- Ambition to build a career in advising clients around insurance, finance, operations technology improvements

- Strong interest commitment to develop deliver leading edge solutions to clients

- Ability to develop strong client relationships

- Knowledge of existing Non-Life / Life reporting an appreciation of Solvency II / IFRS 4 Phase 2 reporting

- Ability to understand complex problems deliver working solutions

- Develop deliver high quality output against stated project objectives with drive commitment, work under pressure meet tight deadlines

- Outstanding communication skills. Must be able to develop impactful written presentations and participate effectively in meetings with senior clients

- Team player who openly supports, encourages and shares knowledge with colleagues

- Must be a 'self-starter' in unstructured environments

- Excellent graduate level education

- Travel between various locations.
