Finance Performance Manager recruitment
JOB DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for collection, communication and validation of financial data at all levels of granularity of the (sales) organization (from customer to region), making optimal use of - and searching for synergies with – the information systems (financial and management accounting) of the Bank or specific Business (i.e : Commercial Private Banking, Merchant Banking, …)
- Ensure that a two-way dialogue exists between the members of the sales/trading organization and performance management concerning quality, content and meaning of financial data
- Give feedback to the financial and management accounting department in order to improve quality of data.
- Take initiatives (pro- and re-actively) to inform the line management about the dynamics of the financial results to improve financial results and to improve quality and availability of data.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting, economics or similar discipline
- Performance / Management Accounting and/or controlling background.
- Knowledge of financial markets products
- 7 + years of related experience within a global financial institution.
- Knowledge of the USGAAP and International Accounting Standards
- In-depth MS Excel
- Risk awareness
