Finance Planning & Analysis Manager – Banking recruitment

Managing a team of 15 and reporting into the Global Head you will be responsible for managing the global expense base for the division’s support functions including Finance, HR, COO, Legal etc.  

You will provide support in the form of budgeting and forecasting in order to track expenses. You will also lead projects that drive expense efficiencies. Overseeing  financial controllership for these costs and recharges back to the businesses or various countries will also be under your remit.

In addition to the above, you will be required to lead and participate in inter - company projects along with other functions (COO, Strategy, HR etc) to execute expense efficiencies, improve MIS and drive financial process improvements.

Desired Background  

• 10-15 years of total experience

• Mix of prior experience in Finance (expense management, financial controllership) and non-finance roles (Strategy, COO, Project Management)

• Strong stakeholder mgmt skills, problem solving and ability to lead new initiatives

• Comfortable with dealing with senior stakeholders and articulating a position
