Finance Project Manager recruitment

Responsibilities:

A Finance Project Manager position has been created in the Bank's Finance Change team to support the implementation of a new Target Operating Model for the Finance function.

You will be responsible for day to day management, co-ordination and delivery of key cost initiatives in Finance in support of the implementation of a new Finance Operating Model. The remit of the role will also extend to other infrastructure functions where implementation support is required. The role will involve implementing cost initiatives with a particular focus on rightshoring.

Essential Requirements:

* ACA, CIMA or ACCA accounting qualification preferred

* Banking experience within a "Finance Change" capacity

* Rightshoring and operating model implementation experience

* Experience of delivering large scale transformation programmes in banking or financial organisation

*  Understanding and experience of managing cost initiatives in a major International Bank.
