Finance Project Manager recruitment

The business, a truly global organisation is considered a major player within its specialist FMCG industry, operating in over 35 countries worldwide. With impressive expansion plans, this respected MNC offers the opportunity for exceptional finance professionals to excel and exceed within the business and their careers.

The project stakeholders will include Accounts Payable Analyst, Accounts Receivable Analyst, General Ledger/Fixed Asset Analyst and Project Administrator as well as additional stakeholders from the companies over seas offices. There is a requirement for international travel to countries like Australia,Japan, New Zealand, China and Singapore.

Within the business there are multiple roles with the successful candidates being responsible for acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, time scales and quality in order to maximise business benefits.

Key principal accountabilites include the development and management of a realistic and comprehensive implementation plan (people, process and technology) that delivers the objectives of the project; on-time, on budget and of quality. This involves effectively managing the Fit Gap analysis for system implementation for end market migrated processes. (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)

To be considered you must have a university degree in accounting or related field, ideally having a certified project manager certification and a minimum of five years experience in Project Management/ Finance Accounting in a multinational corporation. Use of SAP (or equivalent) knowledge is essential as is End-to-end Finance transactional process knowledge (Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ General Ledger).

The ability to use SAP FI/CO, Accounts Payables, Sales Distribution (or equivalent) module would be an added advantage. Please understand that during the recruitment process, you verbal and written English will be tested and therefore strong English skills are very important.
