Deloitte is currently recruiting ERP Functional Consultants with strong experience of the SAP solution set, particularly FI/CO, to join our rapidly growing practice. You will join a leading SAP solutions team focussing on providing independent advice across all aspects of Finance. This is your opportunity to be involved with full lifecycle projects working with some of the largest and highest profile SAP Finance implementations in the market.

The vast learning and development opportunities that are available means you'll be able to play a key point in influencing account development and supporting sales activities in our target accounts. As a Manager in the team, you'll develop leadership capabilities by effectively managing multiple work streams on behalf of high profile clients, developing key deliverables, and providing advice and direction to junior members of the team.
All Managers will also have the opportunity to get involved in activities to help grow our market, such as thought leadership, marketing and business development.
A typical client engagement could involve:
- Identifying client business drivers and developing solutions to support their Finance transformation
- Leading creation of discussion decks and proposal documents
- Managing the vendor selection
- Leading requirements gathering / analysis workshop sessions
- Managing the solution design
- Managing the production configuration, testing and hand-over
- Managing the development of Finance process training material and training delivery
- Coordination of pre- and post-go live activities
- Systems improvements and extensions
- Identification and articulation of key client business drivers
- Identification of impacts and trends within client cost structure
- Support of client decision-making, taking account of industry context
- Planning and managing the project to time and to budget
- Delivering complex financial analysis to support business case development and benefits realisation.
- Managing and developing Deloitte and client staff on projects
- Managing and developing relationships with key client stakeholders
- Cultivating and closing follow-on opportunities at existing client through the development of proposals which exceed expectations
To qualify, you'll have:
- Minimum 2nd class degree or equivalent
- Significant experience of relevant SAP FI/CO and related projects
- Ability to lead workstreams on SAP FI/CO project
- Ability to lead small teams of Deloitte, client and vendor resources
- Good communication, influencing, problem solving and project management skills
- Full Travel Mobility
- Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA an advantage
