FINANCE – SENIOR MANAGER / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR recruitment

Our client is a well-established Investment Management Company with diversified services and products. With plans to expand their client base across the Asia Pacific region, they are now seeking for top calibre candidate to join in them.

Responsible for the financial accounting, directing the planning and forecasting process and analysis and management reporting activities. Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and necessary financial filings with regulators. Understand and deliver on all financial requirements of the business. Key responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, tax, board reporting, annual planning and quarterly forecasting and staff management. Ensure all local regulatory reporting being completed in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for the audit process. Work closely with the business in providing accurate and timely financial reports and associated analysis.  Coordinate the preparation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts for the revenue, expenses, AUM and net cash flows etc. Special projects will arise from time to time that will require strong financial expertise, detailed analysis of financial information, systems implementation knowledge or technology-related solutions. Oversight and coordination with tax department on corporate tax issues. Staff management.

To be considered, you will be a Qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of finance and accounting experience and with a experience in public audit professional firm. Experience with Asset Management is a must. Solid understanding of fund accounting process. Experience in dealing with SFC FRR filings. Demonstrated leadership skills. Experienced project manager. Strong communication skills. International exposure. Familiar with Sun/Laws on GL systems
