Finance Specialist, Vice President recruitment

This critical, highly visible role will be aligned as the Finance Business Partner supporting a key Management Committee (MC) member responsible for a large corporate function. As the Finance Business Partner, this person will works closely with the MC member as well as EVPs/SVPs within the function to interpret financial results and assist in the understanding of the short and long term financial impact of business decisions. The candidate must be strategic, detail oriented and able to work closely with all levels of the management team to understand the financial profile of the group.
Specific responsibilities include:
oLeading the development of the annual financial budget, including direct expenses and all allocations into and out of the business units.
oCreating and delivering meaningful reporting to management to increase transparency of the financial results both at the functional and business unit level.
oConducting in depth financial analysis related to important functional initiatives.
oOverseeing the monthly closing and forecasting processes.
oResponding to ad hoc queries from functional management.
Skills
oBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA desirable.
o10 years of financial experience supporting a business unit or function.
oAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment with excellent organizational, analytical, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
oStrong spreadsheet and system skills (Oracle GL / AP, Essbase, Khalix)
