Finance Strategy Consultant
A leading Bank is currently recruiting an in-house position for a Finance Strategy Consultant. You will be joining a high-profile team, led by the Head of Finance Strategy, responsible for measuring the performance of transformational initiatives against the Finance Strategy KPIs.
You will engage with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that all Finance initiatives have measurable outcomes and specific targets which support the delivery of the Finance strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the development of Finance initiatives which improve Finances performance against KPIs
- Manage ownership of targets across Finance
- Report Finances performance against a range of KPIs and measurable outcomes
- Manage stakeholder relationships
This role will require you to use your knowledge of Finance systems and processes to define the drivers of performance for each initiative, be able to explain performance against key metrics and communicate this performance against expected and benchmarked performance.
