Finance Supervisor, 12 month contract with potential or permanent
Our client, a well established and rapidly growing business in Shropshire has an excellent job opportunity for Finance Supervisor, initially on a 12 month contract but may potentially become permanent.
The role requires a high calibre candidate who can cope with the challenges and fun of working in this fast paced business. Roles can change and develop gaining the individual valuable experience, exposure and potential opportunities for progression.
The Finance Supervisors role will include, supervising a small team of Finance Assistants (sales/ purchase ledger and credit control), control accounts, cash flow management, month end journals, support to the FC in preparation of VAT, assist with budgets and forecasts, assist in the development of procedures and policies and building close relations with finance and non finance staff across the business.
Suitable candidates should ideally be part qualified (candidates who are not studying but have the right experience will also be considered) and have experience of supervising an accounts team. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a driven personality with clear ambition and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
