GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 3-4 years experience with minimum of two-year college accounting degree. Ability to establish priorities, deal effectively with people, be a team player and have strong organization skills. DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES (non-exhaustive list): - Enter purchase orders, packing slips and stock slips daily - Re-file pulled job documents as needed from stored archive boxes - Assist in receiving of invoices as needed - Pull invoices as needed for payment - Assist with the accounts payable filing - Assist with the updating of customer files and records - Provide back up coverage for the front desk as needed - Match purchase orders with invoices and distribute to appropriate PM's for approval - Know and comply with all policies and responsibilities as outlined in the NEASI Employee Policy Manual. - Know and comply with all NEASI policies requiring use of personal protective equipment, proper and safe use of equipment and safeguarding of company tools, equipment and vehicles. - Report immediately to your supervisor any violation of company safety or operational policy or any accident involving company equipment or personnel.
