Finance Systems Analyst
As a Finance Systems Analyst in the Financial Systems Operations Team. You will be responsible for liaising with our Reporting, Mobility and International Finance teams to maintain fee earner set ups.
Responsibilities will include any of:
· liaising with our Reporting, Mobility and International Finance teams to maintain fee earner set ups and assist in the management of the secondment/absence process
· supporting users of the practice management system and associated applications
· maintaining client charge rates and data relating to users of the practice management system
· data cleansing
· other ad hoc reporting and data maintenance duties
The successful candidate must possess the following:
· ability to learn quickly, solve problems and sustain a high level of attention to detail
· very good verbal and written communication skills
· be motivated and able to work as part of a team
· good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise one’s workload whilst maintaining a flexible working approach
· a background in accounting
· in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
The following would also be advantageous:
· a background in legal accounts
· familiarity with the Elite legal accounting system
