Finance Systems Manager recruitment

The main responsibilities in brief will be:

Oversee development, maintenance and administration of the Group's financial applications
Ensure preparation, control and maintenance of financial systems documentation
Initiate, develop and lead the Group's finance systems training programme leading users through upgrades, changes and new developments on finance systems
Lead the interaction between Finance and Group Technology Service and 3^rd party suppliers. Acting as lead negotiator for Finance's business interests.

Analysis Problem Solving - Foresees forthcoming risks, escalates early and has plans for risk mitigation. Analyses issues to identify problems, utilises all available resources and tool sets to investigate and resolve problems, providing management with the most commercial and pragmatic solutions to those problems.
