The Finance Transformation Associate Partner (AP) will provide consulting services to the Finance organizations of large, multinational clients in the Aerospace, Automotive, Chemicals Petroleum and Electronics industries. The AP will assist clients in transforming their Finance organizations, processes and systems to achieve benchmark performance levels in the transactional, business support and knowledge-based functions. AP candidates will have demonstrated experience in assisting clients with Finance organization and service delivery model design and implementation, including shared services and BPO, as well as end-to-end reengineering of processes such as record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, close and consolidation, planning, budgeting and forecasting, KPI development, financial analysis and treasury management, among others.

Our Associate Partner will be expected to structure, propose, sell and lead complex Finance projects both in competitive proposal situations and on client engagements. The role requires capability in structuring and leading efforts to analyze the client's business (competitors, markets, customers, value propositions, operational models, etc.), draw conclusions, and report the results of that work. The AP will be part of the Finance Management leadership team in the Industrial Sector, and will have practice development responsibilities including development of intellectual capital and management, mentoring and development of staff.

The Finance Transformation Associate Partner will:
Identify, develop and close sales based on an identified sales targets;
Provide project leadership to both client and IBM teams;
Provide Finance Transformation subject matter expertise, guidance, strategies, and best practices;
Build and lead internal communities of IBM industry practitioners;
Lead or contribute to the development of perspectives on specific Finance Transformation topics;
Define, develop and use repeatable consulting industry solutions;
Transfer knowledge to local IBM teams through training and side-by-side engagement work.
