Finance Transformation / EPM Specialists recruitment
Exceptional Opportunity for Finance Transformation Professionals to join a Global Strategic Business Advisory € 70,000 – € 140,000 + Bonus + Benefits (Frankfurt)
My Client is a global strategic business advisory, leading in business best practices, who are continuing to hire strong finance transformation individuals in order to further drive sustained growth.
You will have at least 3-5 years of experience in project-based environments within a ‘Big 8’ advisory. You have strong analytical skills and a profound understanding of business and market dynamics and financial practices.
Successful candidates will have expertise in the following:
- Proven track record in delivering Finance Transformation projects in either a consulting or internal business role
- Capable of developing creative solutions and value propositions
- Either experience in: Shared Services and/or Business Process Outsourcing
- Either expertise in: Controlling/Performance Management (Planning and/or Forecasting, Management Reporting and/or Business Analysis)
- Experience in deploying benchmarking approaches and interpreting data would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to gain confidence and respect of both senior client executives and team members
- Self-confidence, self-reliant work style and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, with additional European languages being an advantage
As a key member of a high-caliber team, you will be engaged in strategic transformation projects which will help clients to initiate and drive sustainable change in their organization. As a talented member of the practice you are expected to contribute to product development, commercial activities and delivering on client engagement commitments against high standards.
