Finance Transformation Manager – VP/Head recruitment

Due to restructuring and internal moves, this global bank is looking for a Finance Transformation professional to take charge of the Finance IT change team.  The role will look after a number of local finance programmes, involving IT Finance process change, and ramping up of several areas.  In 18-24 months time, the role will most likely move to a more typical Head of Finance role, within a particular business line of the Finance IT group. 

The group is looking for a finance change professional, who also has the core accounting and finance skills (qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA), coupled with significant people management/leadership experience. 

On offer is a base salary up to around £90k and a generous bonus and benefits scheme.
