Finance Transformation Project Manager recruitment

Responsibilities

• Reporting into the Head of Finance Change you will ensure projects are delivered successfully under  tight time schedules

• Work with key stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop and implement project plans.

• Support the wider Global Finance Transformation team, work closely with the finance systems team to transfer new applications into the Finance Systems operational support model and working with the Finance Change Manager to develop and embed business processes.

• Build good relationships with key project stakeholders and work effectively with a range of functions to ensure successful project delivery.

• Work with stakeholders and Finance Analysts to review and document business processes and organisational responsibilities.

• Work with a range of stakeholders to identify, articulate and implement changes to business processes

Experience Required 

• Previous Project management experience from Financial services ideally insurance

• Demonstrable evidence of interpreting manipulating data clearly and accurately with the ability to extract clearly articulate key points

• Track record of identifying and analysing problems, identifying evaluating options, deploying sound decision making skills.

• Qualified accountant would be preferred
