Financial Accountant – 2 year contract recruitment
The Company
Our client is a leading financial institution based in Dublin City Centre.
The Challenge
An experienced Financial Accountant is required to join a Financial Reporting Team as an Assistant Manager for an opportunity to work with a leading financial institution based in Dublin City Centre. Working with a dedicated team and reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for;
- Preparation of annual quarterly financial statements under IFRS
- Regulatory reporting
- Ongoing development of financial reporting policies and procedures
- Review reconciliations
- Co-ordination and management of internal and external audits
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have;
- A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA)
- 2 years PQE in financial services
- Prior exposure to financial reporting under IFRS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
