An ambitious and nimble organisation within the property sector who seek to grow their market share in the coming 12 months seek to appoint a qualified accountant (CPA / CA / CIMA) with hands on experience within the construction or property sectors.
This is a hands on role where you will assume responsibility across all month end activities reporting into the financial controller. Furthermore you will prepare and review month end reconciliations, profit and loss and monthly actuals against budget. You will oversee the clerk responsible for payroll to ensure all deadlines are met on time and to a high degree of accuracy. You will manage the integrity of the financial ledger providing coaching to the team whilst taking responsibility for all aspects of tax including FBT, GST, BAS and income tax. You will support the business as they drive processes in order to create an environment of excellence.
Your experience within property will be complimented by hands on experience across the aforementioned areas discussed above. You will demonstrate and engaging character who engages well with the business to drive decision making.
