The Company
This incredible opportunity has opened up for an ambitious auditor who is keen to move away from the day to day 'tick box' exercise and carved out a career as an Financial Accountant within a international bank with a very good foot print in APAC.
The Role
- Prepare annual financial reports including consolidated annual financial reports;
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS accounting standards;
- Handle full sets accounts covering general ledger, balance sheet reconciliation and regulatory returns;
- Participate with projects and management accounting for the Asia Pacific and reporting for the Group;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate shall have an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance with professional accounting qualification. You will have minimum 3 years' accounting experience within a Financial Services environment, or Big 4 practice firms training (with banking or insurance audit only). You must have strong financial reporting experience of reporting under IFRS. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
