FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT FOR LUXURIANT PROPERTY ORGANISATION
I am currently working with a large property organisation that is currently seeking a financial accountant. My client has a significant portfolio of residential and commercial property across London and the U.K primarily made up of individual homes, multi – occupation premises and retail units. Due to its continued growth within the market place they are now seeking a qualified accountant to join their experienced finance function at their flagship location in London.
As financial accountant reporting into the group financial controller, this is a high focus role working closely with senior stakeholders within the group. You will take ownership of the production of high quality financial accounts and reports (UK GAAP / IFRS), liaising with auditors, provision of financial and month end accounting support to the group FC. It is vital to consider accounting matters pro actively and anticipate their implications for the business, communicating these effectively across the business as appropriate.
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent), and have previous experience within a group reporting / group accounting role would be preferred. A high level of I.T skills (specifically advanced Excel and Power Point) is expected. Must have a proven track record of producing clear, effective, reporting and communication to all levels of the business.
This is an interim role, initially for 3 – 6 months with the possibility of going from temp to perm. The ideal candidate should be immediately available or have a one week notice period.
