Financial Accountant – group consolidation
Large Financial services Institution based in Dublin City Centre is sourcing for a Financial Accountnat with consolidation experience
Working in a Group Financial Control section of the business you will be responsible for:
• Preparation of full set of accounts including group consolidation of financial statements
• Responsibly for external reporting requirements of the group including production of the interim and full year results, annual report, stock exchange and other regulatory reporting
• Production of the statutory accounts and annual Financial Regulator returns the group
• Working in team environment ensure compliance with the accounting and disclosure requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Participate in a variety of projects to improve and develop the financial reporting process across all the key divisions within the group.
• Provide support and cover to both financial and management team members as required.
This is a great opportunity for a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA,) with 1-3 years post qualified experience gained in Financial Services area.
Good analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines within group reporting area is essential.
This role would suit a motivated individual who is eager to grow further within company’s corporate ladder
Please note that this role is initially an 18 month contract with view for extension / permanency.
