Financial Accountant- Indonesia recruitment
Responsibilities
- Work as a team adhering to strict monthly targets and deadlines, ensuring internal and external reporting requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage vendor invoices and payments and to ensure that accurate documentation of such transactions are maintained and made easily accessible.
- Ensure that all payments are authorised and accordance with standard payment terms.
- Ensure internal and external disbursements are processed in accordance to relevant rules and regulations.
- Credit Control and Management.
- Ensuring partners and clients receive accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements
- Degree of the Bachelor of Acccountancy or Accounting and be a member of a recognised professional accountancy body in Indonesia.
- With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, those from a similar industry or accounts payable experience will have an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English and Bahasa
- Be skilful using financial transactional software and Microsoft Office
- Experience of using Elite 3e software an advantage.
