Morgan Mckinley are working with a growing and dynamic Bristol based business.
Due to expansion, my client is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to provide support with financial reporting requirements and help the business achieve its future growth plans.
Responsibilities of the role will include preparation of statutory accounts, financial analysis and management of finance staff. You will be required to look at ways of improving processes and controls and will ideally possess broad financial accounting and reporting skills, and some tax knowledge.
You will be a fully qualified Accountant, ideally with some post qualified experience within practice or industry and the ability to work in a constantly changing culture. Advanced Excel and excellent communication skills are essential.
