About our Client

Our client, based south of the river, specialises in the design and manufacture of long distance communication technology. Servicing both commercial industry and government entities on a global scale, their head office is based here in Perth. Recent growth has created the need for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their finance team.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the key deliverable of this role will be as follows;

• Management of the core and month end accounting processes
• Inventory valuations and reconciliations
• Maintenance of general ledger postings
• Updating of financial models as required
• Maintenance of monthly accrual journals

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified and be progressing toward your CA or CPA qualification. You will also have considerable experience in a similar role and be looking toward the next step in your finance career. In addition you will have advanced MS Excel skills and have highly developed communication skills.
